  • Crystallized Honey: A Sign of Quality and Nutrition

    Honey primarily consists of two sugars: glucose and fructose. Pure, unpasteurized honey naturally crystallizes due to its glucose content. Crystallization is a testament to its high quality, as it indicates that no processing has occurred. This preservation of nutrients and enzymes is achieved without subjecting the honey to high temperatures or pasteurization. If you prefer liquid honey, simply place the crystallized honey jar in warm water at around 40°C to dissolve the crystals.
